: None. Only one good thing about this accommodation was the location. Retiro park was beautiful, but once we came back to our room, everything was stressful and so horrific experience we had during our stay. Im giving you 1 just because I cannot give you 0. This was the worst stay Ive ever experienced in my life. You guys should be ashamed of your service. Your service is literally the impression of Madrid and Spain. According to reviews in the past, the same issues have been expressed for over a year, and nothing has changed. There are TOO many issues with this accommodation, but the biggest problem was the service. No one answers EVER.
: 1. Bugs everywhere! Ants and Cockroaches! They got into my luggage so I had to wipe multiple times before we checked out. I got ant bites on my skin. We asked you to give us bug spray or something but you never responded. 2. The AC was broken. We stayed for 8 days and it was repaired on the 6th day. WTF. Madrid was 37 degrees. They sent a handyman after I sent over 10 messages. 3. The faucet was broken in the sink. Water leaked all day. We had to adjust the handle to minimise the water leaking. Why the hell should we??? I recorded it just in case the host charge and accuse of us for excessive water use. 4. We got only one small pack of dish soap which is smaller than a business card. Please THINK when you work. We stayed for 8 days. We had to use body soap. 5. Room was not clean. You charged the cleaning fee, but the floor was dusty so I had to wipe out with wet tissue. 6. Toilet wasn't working on the first day. WE had to fix it. Isn't this a very basic thing to check..??? Give me money for fixing it. literally I was the handyman. If anyone thinks Oh this is just one opinion, it may be better when I stay, yeah go ahead. I was the same. All problems that I listed would not be big problems IF THEY AT LEAST TRIED TO DO SOMETHING OR EXPLAIN. We had huge construction noise in the previous accommodation every early morning, but we could understand because the staff explained the situation and we knew it was something they could not do. And I gave them 9 even though the facility wasnt that perfect. Please read reviews and think about what you can do better. Stop ignoring your customers. Overall, this was the worst experience and we'll never come back to Spain and any accommodation has a similar name.
