: - There is an inherent sewage smell problem at further examination it apeared before in booking reviews but they did not fix it this too bad because the rest was very good.

: + Great location in the center of Madrid, surrounded by shops and restaurants + Really clean + Host responded quickly + They were accommodating for an early check-in + Easy check-out process
: - No extra blankets available for two guests, so don't plan on sleeping on the sofa. - No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom - The bathroom and shower were small. If you're particularly tall or wide, they'll be very uncomfortable. - There was a sign indicating that extra charges would be levied if the trash in the apartment wasn't emptied. That's an atypical annoyance, especially after paying a cleaning fee. - There was no battery in the smoke detector.

: Very handy location, very nice room, comfortable bed, secure. Great windows!
: Just some little attention to detail issues in the room. Light bulbs were missing from the main kitchen light and the bedside lamps. The rangehood lamp didn't work. A power point cover was missing in the kitchen which exposed live contacts. There was an iron but no ironing board. There was no kettle. The shower is also very small - a larger person would not be able to close the door - this is not a fault just a limitation of the roof beam spacings. The entrance area was quite smelly - it smelt like a sewerage leak.
