When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 22 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Pierre & Vacances Apartamentos Edificio Eurobuilding 2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 16 Sept 2020 until Mon 14 Jun 2021
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies:
- 75 EUR per pet, per week
- 12 EUR per pet, per night
Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per apartment is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 25 kilos.
All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations for rabies.
