: I stayed for 10 nights in this apartment, and it can top my worst experience in travel overall.be Warned this is not a hotel but a small apartment in residential buildingMIT house use an application to open the door (in not smart way)I was locked out from my room for over 2 hours until (help) arrivedBecause MIT house smart lock didnt workWhat I found out from this experienceMIT house handle the apartment care to another company during weekends so if you have a problem or an issue in your room during weekends or outside working hours good luck with that.The representative from the 2nd company couldnt open the door with his physical keysSo I was stock outside for another 2 hours until finally we could open the door after over 4 hours of waiting in cold night.After this horrible experience I asked to check out and leave but they replied (rightfully) that as the date for cancellation is passed they cannot do a refund. But they told I can take my stuff and leave to any other hotel in Madrid (like I need their permission to do that).Next night same thing happens but due to my previous experience and the other guy experience from the first night I could enter the building in a recorded time only after an hour (400% improvement from 4 hours waiting).After long negotiation they told me that they will refund me 15% of the first 2 nights (which didnt happen up to date)It is not acceptable that a problem like this happen in a 4 star property according to Booking.comThis is only one problem out of many problems in the propertythe washing machine does not work as reviewed by othersthey didnt have an iron in the room after 3 days of requesting it I got it in the 4th day but the problem that it is not functioning due to it losing the power buttonsthey keep the old dirty towels and sheets ()from previous tenants in the room (how dirty is that).There is no room service.in conclusion don't book this room

: Easy to reach the location. All was electronic. Works pretty well.
: The apartment looks quite good, but in the images looks like bigger then real. Hosts didn't have flexibility for a free late checkou.
