  : I liked the location, cleanliness, and the fact that we didn't need to meet anyone to check in or check out (doors open via app).
  : The fact that the mobile app is your key to apartments is a good but also a bad thing. The app requires you to register by uploading your ID and photo. There was some problem with registering my spouse, and because of this, I couldn't use it. I informed the hosts about the problem and they sent me a link to the web registration, but it also didn't work. They responded to my messages on booking.com with some delay so, when we arrived, we had to wait at the door for 15-20 minutes while I was trying to solve the problem by phone. My advice: as soon as you see that the app doesn't work, and hosts don't respond via booking, call them and ask to fix it before you arrive.
