  : The apartment is very luminous and spacious (160 sqm) and hosts 6 people comfortably. The location is pretty good too, well communicated and in a very active/commercial neighborhood.
  : The apartment is simply old and neglected: it has not been remodeled in decades, and it shows. The pictures look better than it actually is, unfortunately. The kitchen and the appliances are very outdated and there's no washing machine, so you gotta wash the dishes by hand. The oven was broken and, while the agency sent in someone to assess the problem right away, the actual fix never came during our stay. The bathrooms, bedrooms and wardrobes also show their age: squeaky doors, loose shelves, EXTREMELY uncomfortable couches, etc. In short: an old apartment in dire need of an update. A shame, because it's spacious and bright, but apparently the owners don't want to reinvest money on it.
