When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform L&H Gran Vía Selection in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that the car park entrance is located at C/ Valverde 16.
Please note that the property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note the check-in between 9 am and 3 pm adds to the payment a supplement of 20 €.
The check-out until 2 pm adds a supplement of 30 €. All special requests are subject to availability.
