: Location was good, we have lived many years in Madrid so we chose a location close to the historic centre. Flat was clean, tidy and reasonably well furnished and equipped for a short stay A quiet position right at the back of the property with a good lift Warm with good wifi
: Flat was smaller than expected with a very small bathroom and not suitable for more than 2 people. The flatneeds some essential maintenance for loose or broken items e.g. window handles, kitchen tap , bedside tables, flimsy see through curtains Kitchen not equipped for anything more than basic breakfasts We had to email hosts for wifi code .no sign of the router they mentioned No local information or contact details in the flat, no details of rubbish collection, nearby facilities, emergency exit procedures or final departure instructions, all contact was remote and rather unfriendly. Although we can understand Spanish, no attempt was made to help in English with complicated entry instructions (interior/exterior lift instructions).

: Check in was not a good experience - we were told someone would be there to meet with us but instead had to call and deal with the check in process over the phone and on whatsapp- thankfully we had data

: The kitchen/laundry had everything you need. It was very clean. The apartment was comfy for a 4 members family, with enough space.
: It was an exceptional and comfortable apartment.surely I would repeat here if needed. The only reason for giving 9/10 was the air conditioning unit of the main bedroom, which had some problems for working in heat mode.
