  : The place is very-well located 10/10. Near to the city main attractions and sightseeing. The check-in was easy. There is a very good coffee nearby called Federal.
  : We have remarks and suggestions for improvements though. A lot of stuff in the apartment are old and broken. The door of the toilet/bathroom cannot be closed properly. There is an air condition leaking on the wall. The sofa is torn. We stayed for 7 days and nobody showed up to change our towels and it is summer, people take a lot of showers because of the very hot weather. Also, the host left us with only two rolls of toilet paper for the whole stay (7 days) and we were 3 persons in that apartment. Nobody showed up to give us more, so we went to the store and bought additional. The cleaning should be improved as well. There were towels with old stains. Also they left us with JUST one key, and as mention we were 3 persons and at some point we were in situation where some of us sleeping and the other coming back from a party and waking up that sleeping person. Not cool. The apartment is not that bright as showed in the pictures.

  : The appartment is in the centre of Madrid, next to Plaza Mayor. It is a very nice neighbourhood . Everything is very close. The appartment is not very big but has everything you need.
  : There is a lot of noise from the restaurant on the first floor. And the water pipes from the appartment next door make a lot of noise when they use water (in the small bedroom) So bring good earplugs!The matresses are way to hard. My back hurt after just one night.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : If location is your priority, this is the ideal place to stay. It is two minutes to the Plaza Mayor and 5 minutes to the Puerta del Sol. In fact you can walk to nearly all the major sites and museums in under half an hour. The flat overlooks a charming plaza. We threw open the windows to listen to the odd busker playing in the Plaza or to soak up the atmosphere. One morning there was an art fair and a film crew turned up another day. We enjoyed the Plaza but it can be noisy at night so bring ear plugs if you like to sleep early in the night. The flat has most things you need and is comfortable but not luxurious. It was very adequate for a family of three. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and several nearby supermarket. The Metro at Sol, Latina and Opera are all within a short walk. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road.
  : There is some noise at night because of the two restaurants in the plaza but, on the other hand, it is quiet in comparison to many other streets around. The kitchen could do with some new crockery. Perhaps a repaint is now due.
