: Comfortable and well appointed. Great staff. The laundry room was a big plus.
: Noise. So on one hand the location was great being close to everything, but on the other hand, the noise outside the building last two nights, was unbearable.

: Excellent location, next to Gran Via. Very clean and cozy apartment. Apartment was very quiet, no outside noises or from neighbors. Very well equipped kitchen, with lots of utensils. Host constantly communicated with us and asked if everything is okay.
: Shower is very bad configured, if you're bigger than a size S you won't be able to enter the shower because the shower door opens inside and leaves no space to enter. The sink in the bathroom is also very difficult to use, being placed very low and with a big faucet in the middle, water splashed everywhere and could not wash my face properly. We stayed for 4 days and could've used a cleaning of our room at some point, as well more toiletries and coffee pods (only one small bottle of shower gel and one shampoo and 2 coffee pods were provided). They ask for a 300 euros warrant deposit that is returned on the checkout day, which is a little bit high on my opinion but I see is a common practice in Madrid.

: Central, neat and clean. Easy access with regards to communication with host.
: Expensive for what you get. No lift - a lot to carry up 3 floors. Very small room, with windows that had been taped closed due to building renovations. Terribly overpowering fragrances in the room and whole passage way - would recommend losing this! Fine for a one night stay, but wouldnt recommended for longer.
