  : windows unable to fully close, therefore I would not recommend going during cold seasons

  : Too much noise In the front rooms.Not enough bed linen.We send a message in the owners to let us leave the bags 2 hours after check out and we didnt got any response.

  : The structure of 5 rooms ensuite and a small kitchen and a small dining/living room worked very well for us (5people). The kitchen had the things that we needed: coffee maker, tea maker, fridge, cutlery, plates, etc. The location is great. The place was clean. There were 4 key sets instead of the promised 2; this was very helpful. The news that I would be arriving at 4-5 pm did not make its way to the cleaning lady: when I arrived, the place was not ready. However, we were all flexible and I could leave my luggage and return later, while cleaning was completed.
  : the front rooms picked up all the noise from the Street. A recommendation: provide a tea towel or paper kitchen towels.

  : The apartment is large and well equipped, great for a group of friends. Good position to visit Madrid.
  : The bedrooms at the back are ok, but the bedrooms at the front look over a very busy and very noisy square, so it is almost impossible to sleep.

  : location was great, very central and the apartment was perfect for a group of 9 people, rooms are very big and comfortable, every room had a private bathroom which was super good for our group :)
  : they only provide 1 key for a group of 9 people and we had to keep chasing them even tho I have email them saying that we need at least 3 keys because we all had different schedules.neighbours kept knocking our door and saying that party was not allowed when in fact we never any house party, we were a group of 9 people talking and acting normal. this happened multiple times and we even got a message from the host related to it. very annoying because this happened before 7 pm which is super early anyways since we were in a group of 9 people and it was very cold in Madrid, we all had the heaters on and the electricity box couldnt support it, so we the electricity was on and off every 15 min, was awful, then they sent an electrician to fix it but it wasnt fixed

  : The location is the best! You're so super central in the city, we had all festivities happening at the very square we stayed at. Each room has its own bathroom, a good working air conditioning system and very decent in size!
  : The organization (host). We reported several broken things: - lights that were broken (leaving one bathroom without windows totally dark!) - door knob that nearly fell off (and could leave you blocked in your room!) - and a truly horrible smell in the hallway/living room), which became only worse throughout our stay. They seriously did nothing. It took them several days to send just one reply to ask if the smell was still there and did not send any further replies or solve any of the reported issues. The cleaning staff is clearly very short, the rosters for the air ventilation are really dirty. There were no towels in the kitchen to dry your dishes. There's a washing machine in the kitchen, but this could better be a dishwasher...
