Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Position is very good - 10 minutes to all major attractions of Madrid. If you have a car, there are two convenient parkings on Calle Atocha, but not very cheap - 35 euros for 24 hours. Apartment is small, but very useful. One of the rooms is equipped with one double bed and one separate bed, in the guest room there is a extendable sofa. 4 people can spend the night, but they have to be in a close relation. For two is more than OK. Kitchen is ready for all what you shall prepare - there is a toaster, a microwave, an oven and induction stoves, Pans, pots, forks, knives, glasses - all is there. In the guest room is a fancy old table with 4 chairs - so you can have a breakfast or dinner with no problems. Bathroom is well equipped and full with nice towels. There is no bad smell in the apartment - it is very clean and the old beams on the ceiling give a feeling of history.
: The terrace is nice, but to reach it you have to be not fat and lazy. The entrance is very small and is on top of small stairs - so you need to be well trained and in a good fitness condition. Sure, it is a terrace on the roof, but you must be prepared, because in the information of the host this is not spoken. When you reach the appartment, you have to fill immediately a form for registration, to shoot it with camera and to send it to the owner, in order to be registered. More over, you have to put this form/s/ in a letterbox down by the exit. My opinion is, this could be made trough booking or mail, and so you will save time and nerves. And be prepared, the apartment is on the roof of 4 floor building without lift.

: Perfect location for a tourist in Madrid. Its in the center but in a quiet neighbourhood. There are couple of good coffee shops and restaurants in 3 minutes walking. The apartment itself is very nice - spacious, stylish, lots of light, had everything we needed. One of the best apartments we rented in Madrid so far.
: The only thing that we didnt like that there was no elevator, but it wasnt a big problem
